Sirengrass

Sirengrass is a slender, silvery grass that grows in shady forest clearings. It produces tiny, black seeds that are incredibly flavorful and aromatic, but time-consuming to harvest. It’s a luxury grain, used sparingly to flavor stews or breads. Its tiny, flavorful black seeds are painstakingly gathered in Earlsusurrous.
